Shipping Policies

PERSONALIZATION PROCESSING TIME
  • This time will depend on the extent of your personalization. ​
PRODUCTION PROCESSING TIME
  • Once the personalization process has been completed, the production process will begin. The production time takes 3 – 5 business days.
SHIPPING & PROCESSING
  • We only ship orders within the USA, not including Hawaii and Alaska. Orders will only be shipped between Monday-Wednesday, in an effort to avoid orders from sitting in a warehouse over the weekend.
  • The production process time for most orders is 3-5 business days; the transit time after shipping is 1-3 business days.
  • Processing times are subject to change when our order volume is higher than usual.
  • If you need an order for a special occasion or a specific date, please inform us so that we may plan ahead to ensure a timely delivery.
  • Once your package has been sent, you will receive an email with your tracking link. It may take up to 24 hours for your tracking number to appear in the USPS tracking system, please be patient.
SHIPPING GUIDELINES
  • Sweet Edible Print is not responsible for delays in delivery times due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you notice that there is a mistake with your address and your package has already been sent, contact USPS, and attempt an address change, or request that the package be held for pick up. Sweet Edible Print cannot change an address once the package has been shipped.
  • Shipments that are returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information will be subject to additional charges for reshipment.
  • We cannot be responsible for theft or damage to packages that are left outdoors resulting from a delivery where no one is available to receive the package.
  • Please notify us in advance if you wish for your package to be certified mail, which will require a signature upon delivery.
  • Estimated delivery timelines do not take unexpected weather delays, which may affect shipping and arrival dates, into consideration. If we see that these delays may be possible, we will contact you to discuss your order.
  • If your package says that it has been delivered but is not at your delivery address, please contact USPS directly at: 1(800) 275-8777 with your tracking number so they may help you locate the package. We do not have any extra information on the whereabouts of your package.
