Return Policies
Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns.
If there is an issue with your order, please contact us by calling or emailing us within 24hrs of when the package was received.
For damage claims, we require pictures of the external shipping box and the damaged product.
Minor chipping may occur during transit, if you consider the damage to your order excessive, please contact us so that we may discuss/rectify the situation. We will make every effort to ensure you are happy with your Sweet Edible Print experience!
We will email you to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 working days.
In the case of the Exchanges (if applicable), We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
The shipping is not refundable.
