Are the printed images really edible?

Yes, 100%. We use a food-grade ink which is edible and in compliance with the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA). The edible image has no taste and provides the best possible reproduction of any image. Additionally, we print your design directly on all of our items using state-of-the-art technology.

How should I store my product?

We recommend storing all of our other products at room temperature, away from direct sunlight, and in an airtight container. Macarons are our most delicate product which taste best when consumed at room temperature. For short term storage, refrigerate them. For long term storage, freeze them. Remember, no matter what storage option you choose make sure they are brought to room temperature to enjoy the best taste possible!

Do you provide a digital preview of the finished printed product?

Yes, we would be happy to send electronic proof of what your product would look like upon request. We will work with you to ensure that you feel confident about your purchase. *Note:* If a customer does not respond within 24 hours from when the electronic proof was sent, we will proceed with printing and completing the order.

Can I obtain a finished product sample?

If you would like to have a physical sample of the finished product shipped to you, please email us the details of your request and we will work with you to ensure that you feel confident with your purchase. The cost of this custom request is to be determined as it will be tailored to your specific needs.

Do you offer vegan products?

Yes, we offer vegan macarons.

Do your Macarons contain dairy?

Yes, most of our Macarons contain dairy in the form of butter or cream.

What about other common food allergens?

All of our products are made in a facility that uses food allergens such as wheat, soy, milk, eggs, peanuts and tree-nuts. Overall, we recommend those with nut allergies refrain from eating our products but on a case-by-case basis, we may be able to accommodate special preparation on some of our products. Everyone deserves to enjoy our fun and delicious treats! If you would like to inquire about this accommodation, please contact us prior to submitting your order to confirm it can be done.

What are your payment options?

Payments can be processed through PayPal or Stride, which handles all major credit cards.

Do you have coupons available?

How does shipping work?

We ship within the continental US only. To ensure your items arrive as fresh as possible, we ship exclusively Monday through Wednesday using priority mail which can take anywhere from 1-3 business days to be delivered. Visit our complete Shipping Policies for more information.

How do you package your products?

We ship our items in custom-designed packaging that include cushioned inserts and a frozen ice-pack when necessary. This ensures our products arrive at their destination safely and stay fresh while in transit.

Do you do deliveries?
We offer the option to have orders personally delivered by us if the delivery address lies with in Howard County, Baltimore County, or Baltimore City. Depending on your specific requirements, we will consider delivering to caterers, restaurants, hotels, etc. in those surrounding areas.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled if the cancellation request is made within the first 24 hours after the order is placed. Cancellation requests after this timeframe are susceptible to fees. Please communicate with us as quickly as possible following your order confirmation to request cancellation.

Can I return an item?

We do not accept returns due to the perishable nature of our products. However, we strive to please our customers and will be happy to work with you to turn the situation around! Please contact us if you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason.

What if my order arrives damaged?
We are experts at shipping our products and have an extremely low rate of damages. However, it does occur on occasion. If your product arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will request you take a photo of the damage. This will help with our claim to our shipping company. We will arrange to replace the damaged product, if possible, or issue a refund.

How much does the personalization cost?

Each product´s price includes one design of your choice, whether it be from the Freepik library we provide or an image of your own. You have the option to select additional designs for a fee of $0.50 each.

What is Freepik?

Freepik is a platform that offers a large variety of images which Sweet Edible Print is licensed to use and reproduce. Freepik images are only one of the customizing options we offer, along with text boxes and/or uploading an image from your personal library.

Do you cater to large functions?

For substantial orders intended for catering or larger events, please contact us directly with the details of your request and we will do our best to accommodate you. We kindly ask that you give us a minimum 3 week notice prior to the day that you would like it to be delivered.

Do you accept special orders?

We always take our customer’s requests into consideration! Custom color, flavor, or shape options are available upon request. For these types of orders, we kindly ask that you give us a minimum 3 week notice prior to the day that you would like it to be delivered. Can you make special flavors and colors?

Yes! We’d be happy to work with you to find the perfect Macaron color and flavor for your special occasion. Note that this is only available for wholesale orders and requires two week advanced notice.

What happens if the image that I submit is not approved?

We will send you an email explaining why we are unable to use your image and request an alternative one.
